Terms and Conditions – Sunflower Music Background Music Services

Welcome to Sunflower Music. By using our background music services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our service.

1. Service Overview

Sunflower Music provides professionally curated and licensed background music for commercial use in hotels, restaurants, bars, spas, gyms, retail stores, and airport lounges. Our playlists are delivered via proprietary software or approved playback systems, customized for the client’s space and brand identity.

2. Music Licensing

All music provided through our service is covered by the appropriate licensing for commercial background use. However, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure they hold any necessary public performance or venue-specific licences (e.g. PRS, PPL, GEMA, ASCAP, BMI, etc.) as required by local laws.

3. Content Usage

All playlists, audio files, software, and delivery platforms remain the intellectual property of Sunflower Music or its licensors. Clients may not copy, redistribute, resell, or use our content outside of the agreed commercial premises without written permission.

4. Customization and Updates

Playlists are customized based on client input and our expert recommendations. We may update playlists periodically to keep content fresh and relevant. Customization requests may be subject to additional fees depending on the level of change and frequency.

5. Technical Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their location has the required internet access, sound system, and playback device to support our service. Technical support will be provided remotely unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payment Terms

All services are billed in accordance with the terms outlined in the client agreement. Invoices are due within the agreed payment period. Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Clients may cancel their service with [30] days’ written notice unless otherwise stated in the signed agreement. Sunflower Music reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment, misuse of content, or breach of these terms.

8. Liability

Sunflower Music shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from service interruptions, licensing disputes, or technical malfunctions outside of our control. We aim to ensure uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and store client information solely for service delivery, support, and communication. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Clients will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
